My grandfather was a patient there last March, and I must say, the nursing staff there is top notch! I have been around nurses in hospital situations my whole life, and these nurses were, without a doubt, the best I've ever seen. Every nurse and CNA I encountered exhibited professionalism, patience, knowledge, and kindness. I hope the hospital realizes how fortunate they are to have nurses of this caliber.

In patient care for my Father on the 7th floor in the North wing for about a week. He lost 40 pounds in less than two months angd had zero appetite before coming. Day and night every single nurse was the tip of the spear. All applicable personnel stepped up to fill their role with zero hesitation. Always so curious, genuine, positive, respectful, and had my dads best interest at the forefront on every single interaction Theres a program to nominate a certain nurse for being exceptional but I nominate the entire team focused on my father's care. The building is so well maintained and clean. Quality lighting to accommodate any situation. Following up with questions and concerns in a timely manner. Working behind the scenes to ensure he is receiving the absolute best treatment Nurses across the country have never truly gotten the credit that they deserve I was want to send my absolute most sincere thank you I can offer you.

Had an appointment at 07:30 a.m. for a bone marrow biopsy. Promptly checked in, shown to prep area and within 30 minutes I was in the back doing the procedure. Found all the staff involved very friendly and was very knowledgeable about their job. In this day and time some medical places are really questionable but I was very comfortable. Procedure didn’t take long at all!

My Husband was in the Cardic Unit in Nov.2024.He was admitted by Dr. Hoenstine... He was admitted to the Cardic Unit with Dr. Choksi and his team Chris Ellis, Dr.Davis and Nurse Ashley...she was Awesome!!! She made us feel good knowing my Husband was in good hands.

An absolute “well done” to Archbold Memorial Hospital, from the admittance of a close family member to the ER (July 2, 2022) through the release from the main hospital (July 6, 2022). Dr Font’s entire team in the ER were superb. Each team member was professional, attentive and courteous throughout the ordeal. To the ER front desk, the direct care staff and the hospital admittance staff, thank you. The entire staff of the 7N tower conducted their duties as expected from a well-trained, professional unit. A special acknowledgement to Heidi, Nurse Technician and Amber, Social Services for your caring attitude and “over and above” performance. Thank you. As a resident of SW GA, I am proud to state that Archbold Memorial Hospital is my hospital, my choice. Randall Barfield

Sept. 8th 2017 The E. R. was very busy due to evacuees from Florida hurricane Irma approaching and I was one of them. I had been sent there for tests from the urgent care. I was promptly greeted and information was exchanged. I was almost immediately routed off for tests I needed .Blood clots were found in my leg. I was brought back to E. R. and quickly admitted. Blood was drawn and I hardly felt it. The doctor in charge was excellent. We communicated well what my possible treatments could be and explained what was my problem. He took all the time i needed to feel at ease and that I was in good hands so to speak. I felt his desire was to get me well as soon as possible and back to being myself. The whole crew was top notch. Thank you very much!

I have never been to a place so organized and a place with so many smiling faces in my life. I had an admission and stayed on the sixth floor my RN nurse Yolanda, tech Z, and the tech Ms.Sandra made sure I felt at home. I would like to thank Brandi a RN who walked with me around the hospital. The transport people were incredible help and generous. Radiolgy department was fast and organized, the first impressions where the security guard sits we’re all just nice people. My overall experience is a ten and a big shot out to Dr. Hansiee on my surgery.

I had a procedure performed at Archbold in-patient Radiology and had a great experience. Everyone went out of their way to insure my comfort and safety. I appreciate all of their kindnesses.

Rachel Sanders, RN was the absolute best nurse I have ever had!!! She was so attentive and really cared about me. I felt like I had known her forever and it was such a great experience for my first time at John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital all because of her!! She is really one of the best and so awesome at her job! She is so deserving of an award for her amazing job well done!
